Are you interested in creating and handling digital content for global campaigns and awesome products for international brands around the world? The Mayalukas Social Media team is growing and looking for new talent! 


We are looking for a Social Media Manager, who will be taking care of social media campaigns for our international clients. Someone who has their own test & learn approach, enjoys digital marketing and social networks are just a heartbeat for them.

Bring your Social Media expertise to Mayalukas and your core responsibilities will be:

  • Develop, implement, execute, drive, track, maintain and continuously optimise digital content production such as marketing campaigns, via Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms 

  • Collaborate with managers, art directors, planners, graphic designers to create digital content that excites and inspires audiences 

  • Translate campaign concepts and products’ unique selling propositions into digital content 

  • Ensure clear communication with key colleagues as marketing managers and brand partners 

  • Monitor competitor promotional activity 

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics 

  • Provide data analysis and create metric reports 

  • Weekly calls with clients (in English)  

  • Continuously analyse performance and propose new strategies to clients 

  • Decide what channels to prioritise and what tools to use, test out new channels and create proofs of concept

What will we look for in our new colleagues?

  • Proven previous experience with digital campaigns, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics 

  • Fluent English spoken and written   

  • Conceptual thinking and the courage to try something new  

  • Bonus points if you have worked with Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter or LinkedIn advertising in the past 

  • Passionate with innovative thinking and up to date with the latest trends and best practises in the digital marketing world 

  • Good communication skills and enjoy working in collaborative environment 

  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking 

  • Project Management experience would be an advantage
