Paid Search Manager

Job Overview

Mayalukas s.r.o. are looking for a new team member with experience in performance marketing who wants to help take our clients to the next level.

What we look for:

  • At least 2 years experience with managing Paid Search campaigns, Display and YouTube

  • Ability to work independently but also in a team

  • A proactive mindset

  • Outstanding written & spoken English skills (Czech or any other languages would be beneficial, but not essential)

  • Strong people skills leading to the ability to manage client calls and meetings

  • Ability to create and present strategic paid search marketing plans

  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad

  • Attention to detail

  • Great organisational skills (being able to organise the workload in order to meet deadlines)

  • Advanced experience with working in excel

  • Willingness to learn

  • ‘Can do’ attitude

What will you do?

  • Manage (set up/create and optimise) paid search accounts based on the best practices set by the industry and Mayalukas in order to meet the KPI’s agreed between the client and Mayalukas

  • Create traffic estimation for potential clients

  • Create regular (weekly) and ad hoc reports to analyse campaign performance

  • Have regular (usually weekly) catch ups with clients to discuss the performance and any news from client side

  • Participate in Mayalukas paid search strategy planning

  • Proactively suggest improvements in campaign performance

  • Deepen your knowledge in paid search marketing

  • Work closely with our clients and external tools

  • Define and set up tests to improve efficiency of the campaigns/accounts

  • Build strong relationship with the client including communication (Emails, phone calls, meetings), reporting, presentations

  • Work closely with the rest of the Mayalukas team in brainstorming cross-channel marketing campaign opportunities

  • Stay up-to-date with the industry innovations​
